When I do portrait photography, I approach it with the intent to get to know my subject and really get them to be comfortable in their own skin and show it.
Lifestyle
My lifestyle photography leans more towards candids taken in the moment. I enjoy spending time with people as a fly on the wall until they don't feel the camera there at all. This lets me show people in their most natural environments and the most genuine light.
Street / Travel
Street Photography has always been something I admired but could never really get the hang of. I like it because the photos feel like just moments in time and really capture that emotion. At the same time, I like to show off locations in a way that was seen and experienced by me and not just a stock photo of the destination.
Events
Event photography is not something I do professionally or actively seek jobs for. I just enjoy the setting of a good event and the energy people give off. All of that is great on camera if you know how to capture it.
